At this year's annual innovation technology selection, Shandong Boyuan launched a new product.Innovative Carbon Fibre Rotor, and stood out with excellent performance in the evaluation dimensions of innovation, user value, and industrialization potential, receiving high praise from the review team and winning theAnnual Innovation Technology Award.
The innovative carbon fibre rotor,through research on resin material applications and optimization of winding processes, has improved the elastic modulus of carbon fibre composite materials from the traditional 130-160 GPa to over 200 GPa, approaching themodulusof silicon steel, significantly reducing the deformation of the carbon fibre rotor's silicon steel core at high speeds. At the same time, the application of stainless steel sheets at the main magnetic bridge greatly reduces leakage flux and effectively transmits load, capable of bearing most of the rotor's centrifugal force. The combined application of carbon fibre and the innovative magnetic bridge can reduce the core length by about 7% under the same torque output of an 800V motor, effectively lowering costs; increasing the air gap improves NVH performance; with a carbon fibre coating thickness not exceeding 1mm, the motor speed can reach approximately 25,000 rpm.Winning the Annual Innovation Technology Award is a high recognition from industry experts for Shandong Boyuan's product innovation design concept and its future wide application scenarios,and it is also an encouragement and motivation for the company's future development.
